Delivery
We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders:
- UK Orders: Delivered within 2-4 working days.
- International Orders: Delivered within 3-6 working days, subject to local customs processes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details. This allows you to monitor your order's journey in real time.
All orders are shipped via an express, tracked delivery service, with the delivery provider selected based on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

Returns Policy
We hope you love your Scarlett Gasque pieces! If they aren’t perfect for you, we offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy on all items. For added convenience, orders placed in December can be returned or exchanged until 10th January.
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure all item(s) are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached:
- Thongs and briefs must be tried on over existing underwear and returned with hygiene labels intact.
- Items cannot be returned if they have been worn, damaged, or do not meet the specified criteria.
- Items do not need to be returned in their original packaging.
How to Return Items

UK Customers:
Visit Royal Mail's Track My Return to generate your free returns label. Once completed, you can send your order back to us using Royal Mail’s fully tracked returns service. -
International Customers:
Please complete our Returns Form to process your return or exchange.

Exchanges Policy
Items can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size. We aim to send the replacement product within 28 days of the exchange request.
If the requested item is out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you via email and issue an automatic refund to your original payment method.

Taxes and Duties
If you are ordering from outside the UK, including Europe, the USA, or other international locations, you may be required to pay duties and import taxes on your order. These fees must be paid for your order to clear customs and be released for delivery.
You will be contacted directly with instructions on how to complete the payment. In some cases, additional documentation, such as passport information, may be requested.
Please note that delays in completing the payment may result in delivery delays, which are beyond Scarlett Gasque's control. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific cost or timing estimates, as these vary by country.

Gift Card Policy
- Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any product on the Scarlett Gasque website.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded as cash.
- If you return items purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as gift card credit, which can be used for future purchases.
- Items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged for an alternative size.
