Please note your refund can post to your original form of payment anywhere between 7-12 business days from receipt of your package at our shipping facility.

Return Requirements
To ensure the integrity and quality of our pieces, we kindly ask that all returned items meet the following criteria:

Returned in pristine, unworn condition

All original tags attached

Thongs and briefs must be tried on over existing underwear and returned with hygiene seals fully intact

Items must be sent back within the applicable return window

Returns must originate from the same order
Original packaging is not required.

Taxes and Duties
You are required to pay duties and import taxes on your order, if purchased outside the US. These fees must be paid for your order to clear customs and be released for delivery.

Gift Card Policy
- Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any product on the Scarlett Gasque website.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded as cash.
- If you return items purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as gift card credit, which can be used for future purchases.
- Items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged for an alternative size.
